Man arrested for kicking woman down stairs at Berlin U-Bahn station

A man who is suspected of kicking a woman down a flight of stairs at a Berlin underground station has been arrested. Police have detained the 27-year-old. The woman tumbled down the stairs, falling face first onto the platform below – she broke her arm in the fall and had to be treated in hospital. The incident happened in late October, and video shows a young woman being followed into the Hermannstrasse stop by a group of men, one of whom kicks her in the back, causing her to tumble down the stairs. CCTV footage shows man stabbed 10 times in unprovoked attack in Barking

Police have released CCTV footage of the moment a man was stabbed 10 times in an unprovoked attack in east London. The father-of-two spent a week recovering from his injuries in hospital after puncturing his lung as well as suffering injuries to his chest, stomach, bowel and liver. He was stabbed after walking home from a pub on 28 October at around 9:45pm. As he walked down Pelham Avenue, he was approached from behind by the suspect, who suddenly stabbed him multiple times.
