New Delhi, Apr 1 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Tuesday issued notice to Centre on petitions challenging March 3 decision of UPA government to include jats in OBC list for reservation benefits. The apex court asked the Centre to bring all relevant records to show there was proper consideration of National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC) to reject its recommendation against inclusion of jats as OBC. The NCBC had objected to inclusion of jats among OBCs saying they are a forward community mostly of zamindars. Jat community representative, Major H S Ahlawat, on Tuesday said that the recommendations of the NCBC were not binding on the government.Apr 1, 2014

Tempura flour - 75 gm
Oil for frying
To make Tempura sauce
Kikkoman soy sauce - 5 tsp
Water - 50 ml
Sugar - 3 tsp
Dashino moto - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Ginger paste - 4/3 tsp
Radish paste - 4/3 tsp
1. Make a batter by mix of Tempura flour & water.
2. If you don't have Tempura flour, you can use 3/4th of flour, 1/4 of corn flour,
Salt to taste, mix all with water and make batter.
3. Dust the Mix vegetable & prawn in a flour, and dip it in the tempura batter.
4. Deep fry in the oil. Serve hot with Tempura sauce.
To make Tempura sauce
1. Mix all ingredients together expect ginger paste & radish paste.
2. Boil and add the ginger paste and radish paste in the finishing.
3. Serve as an accompaniment.
