Visakhapatnam, Oct 19 (ANI): Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Sunday took stalk of the situation in cyclone Hudhud-hit Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh, along with the party leaders. The death toll from a cyclone that hit the east coast last week has risen to 41, as authorities struggle to restore power, transport and communication links and shelter 150,000 people forced to abandon their homes. Gandhi took a stroll of the cyclone affected areas, where the disaster-hit victims flocked around him to share their grievances.
