A Chilean man was jailed at Isleworth Crown Court on Thursday (12 October) after being found guilty of 11 separate counts of theft at various locations in London. The Metropolitan Police believed that Emilio Guerrero-Sepulveda made two separate trips to the British capital in order specifically to steal tourists money. The highest value item recovered from Guerrero-Sepulveda was a camera valued at £8,800 taken from Selfridges earlier this year. Two men have been convicted of conducting random chemical attacks and violent robberies in London. Sadik Kamara, 24, and Joshua Gordon, 20, were both found guilty of applying a corrosive fluid with intent to burn, main, disfigure or do grievous bodily harm at Wood Green Crown Court on 10 October. The Met Police have released shocking CCTV footage of one of the incidents, where a gang including Kamara and Gordon entered a supermarket in Hackney, and sprayed the shopkeeper with ammonia three times in the face, before stamping on her.
