NCLAT Halts CCI's WhatsApp Ban, Meta to Pay Half Fine

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has halted the five-year ban on WhatsApp imposed by the Competition Commission of India (CCI). Meta, WhatsApp's parent company, has been directed to deposit 50% of the Rs 213 crore penalty imposed by the CCI.
