Patna, Oct 28 (ANI): After a total of 4 suspects were caught in Patna blast case which killed at least five persons and left over 90 injured, BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain visited the victims at the hospital and blamed the government for under preparedness at the rally venue. Later, speaking at a news conference after visiting the victims, BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi said the situation is out of control at the hospital and expressed his concern over chaos and anarchy there.
