New Delhi, Dec 03 (ANI): Talking about BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's stand on Article 370, JD (U) leader Shivanand Tiwari said that Modi speaks in harsh tone like that of a wrestler standing in the ring. He said that Modi never thinks about what he is speaking about. Tiwari also said that Modi get carried away on his own speeches and in that flow he gives such statements.
