Specially-abled girls participate in Christmas cribs making competition in Kerala

The girls participated in the competition with great enthusiasm. The participants depicted the nativity scene which is the special exhibition of the birth scene of Jesus Christ. The depictions included infant Jesus his mother Mary and Joseph and other characters like shepherds, sheep, angels and farm animals. Asaram s wife and daughter investigated, arrested and released on bail

Ahmedabad, Dec 23 (ANI): The police arrested self-styled godman Asaram's daughter Bharti and wife Lakshmi in the case of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in his hermitage. The two had conceded that they supplied girls to Asaram. However, they were later released on bail. During the interrogation, Bharti and Lakshmi admitted that the girls were sent to Asaram on the pretext of 'Gurudiksha'. The 75-year-old Asaram was arrested in August and has remained in prison since then. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ninama, confirmed that an enquiry had been held and the investigation procedure was now complete.

Arvind Kejriwal to announce decision on govt formation as public referendum ends

New Delhi, Dec 23 (ANI): As Aam Aadmi Party's referendum is over, Arvind Kejriwal is all set to form the government in Delhi on Monday, though with the support of Congress. Kejriwal held several public meetings on Sunday to seek public opinion on government formation and promised to declare the compiled results. The announcement of their decision is likely by 11:00 am Monday after which Kejriwal will meet Delhi lieutenant governor Najeeb Jung at 12.30 pm and formally stake claim to form the government. According to party leaders, Kejriwal will address media before his meeting with Jung.
