Encephalitis spreading in Bihar, at least 92 dead

New Delhi, June 18 (ANI): Situation in Bihar is turning critical with the spreading of Encephalitis that took at least 92 lives till Wednesday. BJP leader Rajiv Pratap Rudy said that the State government should take immediate steps to curb the problem and save people from catching this disease. He added that the Centre is ready to provide every possible help to State. Hazaribagh, June 18 (ANI): Senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha on Wednesday was granted bail by a Jharkhand court, days after he was arrested for leading a demonstration against the poor power conditions in the state. He was arrested on June 2 and was sent to judicial custody after he refused to furnish a bail bond. Sinha applied for bail, a day after senior BJP leader LK Advani on Tuesday met him in Hazaribagh jail. After meeting Sinha, Advani had felt the latter should play a bigger role in the state.
