New Delhi, September 2 (ANI): Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross recently got married at the actor's mother, Diana Ross ' Connecticut home. The ceremony was graced by the newlywed's family and friends, including the 29-year-old singer's elder sister Jessica Simpson, who played the matron of honor, a US magazine reported. The beauty, whose 5-year-old son, Bronx Wentz from her previous marriage to rocker Pete Wentz, was also present at the wedding. Simpson and the 26-year-old 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay' star had announced their engagement in January 2014 through Twitter where Ross wrote that "the love of my life said YES", while Simpson had added "my baby love and I are ENGAGED." New Delhi, Sep 02 (ANI): Political leaders on Tuesday gave mixed reactions on Narendra Modi's government completing 100 days of governance. Congress leader Shashi Tharoor said that 100 days is too early to judge the government but it does not seem to have fulfilling its promises. NCP leader Tariq Anwar stated that BJP government had promised a lot to the people of India but has failed to deliver even a few of them. JD (U) Chief Sharad Yadav said that 100 days of government have given an idea to the people of the country that there is no difference between UPA and NDA government. Tokyo, Sep 02 (ANI): Japan's experience with the Great Earthquake and the Sarin gas attack in Tokyo subway by terrorists has prompted the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to undertake a range of disaster prevention and management measures. In 2003, the Bureau of Social Welfare of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government formed the Tokyo DMAT - Disaster Medical Assistance Teams-to deal with any crisis. The DMAT teams specializes in on-site rapid response medical assistance to the disaster victims and are equipped with medical doctors with portable medical kit to provide on-the spot emergency medical treatment, before transporting victims to hospitals. BJP and Congress condemn killing of RSS leader in Kerala

New Delhi, Sep 02 (ANI): Political leaders condemned the murder of RSS leader E Manoj in Kerala. The party alleged that members of Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) killed the RSS leader. RSS leader Manoj was hacked to death on Monday even as president of BJP began his two-day visit in the state to expand his party base. Both RSS and BJP alleged that the CPI (M) members were behind this assassination and called for a dawn-to-dusk state strike on Tuesday. BJP Leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said the CP (M) should fight the battle in the field on politics and not through violent means.
