According to a source, the actress is known for trying new things, but she’s shocked friends and family members by suddenly getting irate over her freckles, an online portal reported. The source said that she's always loved her freckles, but now she's decided it's time to get rid of them and she's looking into having them either bleached or lasered away.

He is a massive fan of body art and would love to have a quote by his favourite playwright Samuel Beckett etched across his body, but thinks his mum and dad would be angry if they found out, a leading daily reported. He said that he wants the line from Beckett that says – “Try, fail, try again and fail better” - either on my arm or chest.

Search operation in Mandi gets strict, authorities to dry up Beas

Mandi, June 14 (ANI): Search operation to recover the bodies of students from Hyderabad who were washed away in Beas river is still underway. Civil authorities have given directions to stop water flow from Laarji Dam and forces are concentrating on a patch of a few kilometers. The SSB Commandant Shiv Ram said that forces have recovered a jacket and wallet of student along with some identity cards. He added that the forces are hopeful to find something by the end of the day. No more bodies have been recovered since the eight bodies that were traced till June 12.

Mumbai continues to suffer from water logging due to high tide

Trivandrum/ Mumbai, June 14 (ANI): Mumbai city of Maharashtra continues to suffer from the problem of water logging due to high tidal waves that hit the shore on June 13. People in Mumbai are suffering from water logging as well as traffic jams which came as after effects of high tide. At some places, shanties were washed away and cars stood half-submerged in water. Several tiles along Marine Drive were damaged. The workers of BMC are trying hard to clear roads so as to ease traffic flow for the residents.

Our Jawans can counter Paks ceasefire violations, says Jaitley during Jammu visit

Srinagar, June 14 (ANI): Defence Minister Arun Jaitley on Saturday visited Raj Bhavan in Srinagar; a day after ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) was reported. Jaitley is on a two-day visit to the state and will be reviewing the security situation with the state government and senior military officials. Reacting on the recent ceasefire violations by Pakistan, Jaitley said that the Indian Army is capable enough to counter such attacks. On Friday, Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire by targeting Indian posts along the LoC in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir with heavy firing, drawing retaliation by Indian forces.

Maharashtra BJP demands Ajit Pawar's resignation in irrigation scam, politicos react

New Delhi, June 14 (ANI): The BJP in Maharashtra demanded the resignation of Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, saying that the report of a panel that probed alleged corruption in the irrigation department when he headed it had confirmed most of the allegations raised by the opposition. The Madhav Chitale committee's findings on the alleged Rs 70,000 crore irrigation scam have yet to be made public.
