Venezuelan authorities have arrested five members of a and amp;#39;terrorist cell and amp;#39; linked to former policeman Oscar Perez.Perez famously stole a police helicopter in June 2017 to stage an attack with grenades against the government.Oscar Perez documented the shoot out on Instagram over a number of videos, it is unknown if he was killed or arrested. Dramatic footage shows firefighters catch children dropped from burning building

Firefighters caught two children that were dropped from a burning building in Decatur, Georgia, on January 3. Twelve people were injured in the blaze, including four children. The professional firefighters association released helmet camera video showing one of the children being dropped from the buildings third floor balcony.
