Allahabad, Nov 17 (ANI): Even as Union Rural Development Minister Jairam Ramesh said that Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi needed to apologize to the Muslim community for his remarks that Muslim youth were wooed by Pakistan's ISI, the BJP on Sunday said only time will tell if Rahul will do the needful, or if Jairam will have to apologize to Rahul.
