PDP creates chaos in Kashmir assembly over new administrative units

Jammu, Feb 11 (ANI): Opposition in Jammu and Kashmir, Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), disrupted the assembly session on Tuesday, as legislators created uproar over government’s approach in formulation of new administrative units. The opposition said that the state government discriminated against the Peer Panjal region of Rajouri and Poonch districts by granting sub-units on political considerations and ignoring the deserving areas. IOC lifts ban, tri-colour will fly at Sochi Winter Olympics

15 die in a road accident in West Bengal

Malda, Feb 11 (ANI): 15 people were killed and one injured in a road accident in Malda after a speeding truck collided with two cars on Tuesday. Pakistan air force to provide training to Iraqi air force

Islamabad, Feb 11 (ANI): Commander of the Iraqi Air Force, Lt. General Anwer Hamad Ameen Ahmed, who is on a visit to Pakistan with a nine-member delegation, met Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. A statement issued from the Prime Minister’s office said, during the meeting with Sharif, two agreements were signed between PAF and the Iraqi air force. According to the first agreement, PAF will provide training to Iraq Air Defence Force personnel in all spheres of modern Air Force concepts pertaining to special Air Defence and Air Crew. The agreement was signed by Pakistan’s Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt from the Pakistani side and General Ahmed from the Iraqi side.
