New Delhi/ Kochi, Feb 18 (ANI): Italy expressed disappointment over Supreme Court’s decision on Tuesday to postpone the hearing in the case of Italian marines charged with the killing of fishermen, an incident that soured diplomatic relations between the two nations. Italian government's Special Envoy Staffan De Mistura, miffed at the court’s decision to postpone the hearing and to hold the case under the controversial Suppression of Unlawful Acts (SUA), expressed his dismay over the prolonged delay. Abdullah said that Guru’s case was totally unjustified. Following the suit, Kamal said that there has been a miscarriage in the case of Afzal guru and that such a verdict as in Rajiv Gandhi’s case could have been considered in the former’s case too.
