BSE closes points 72.06 down on July 10

New Delhi, July 10 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 72.06 points down to stand at 25,372.75. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 17.25 points down to stand at 7,567.75.DLF and IDFC were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 9.22% and 8.99% along with Prestige Estates and Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd. with an increase of 6.86% and 5.92% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include Bharat Electronics Ltd. and TITAN with a decrease of 6.10% and 5.76% along with Gitanjali Gems and Hero Moto Corp with a decrease of 5.73% and 3.99% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 140.27 points at 15,312.72 while the banking sector is down 107.21 points at 17,001.76 and the realty sector is up 95.03 points at 2,009.72. The Indian currency is 0.39% down at Rs 59.99 per dollar.

Minor explosion outside Farashkhana Police Station in Pune, 2 injured

Pune, July 10 (ANI): Two persons have been injured in a minor explosion which took place outside a Police Station in Pune on Thursday. The blast occurred at a parking lot near the Farshkhana police station, 500 km away from a famous Ganapati temple. ATS sources said it was a low intensity blast and said the reason for the explosion was yet to be ascertained. A police team and a bomb squad reached the spot, which was cordoned off. No casualties have been reported till yet.

A source told the leading daily that it will be a kind of residential treatment programme that will involve counseling, both individual and group and stress management and herbal treatments to help withdrawal symptoms. The insider asserted that Daniel knew he had an addictive personality, and he had been open in the past about his drinking demons. Sensex gains 400 points, Nifty stable at 7,700 as markets laud Modi_s budget

Mumbai, July 10 (ANI): Post budget presentation, the markets have shown some cheer and recovered from the fluctuations. Sensex has recovered by 400 points at 25,681 points after an anxious free fall which led to other sectors witnessing fall. Meanwhile, nifty has also recovered and is stable above 7,700 points.
