Nagaon, Aug 17 (ANI): Incessant rains have worsened the flood situation in Assam as the flood water has submerged around 50 percent of lower areas of the Kaziranga National Park in Nagaon district of the state. Fearing danger for the forest animals that they might get onto the National Highway (NH) if water level rises in the greens, Assam Environment and Forest Minister Rakibul Hussain launched 'Time Card' for vehicles plying from one end to the other of the park on NH 37.
