Lucknow, Sep 11 (ANI): The Election Commission on Thursday ordered Uttar Pradesh Chief Election Officer to file an FIR against BJP MLA Yogi Adityanath for allegedly promoting religious enmity. Adityanath delivered a speech recently designed to incite communal tension, the Commission has found. Reprimanding the MP from Gorakhpur, the poll panel has also written to the controversial leader, warning him to be careful. Adityanath was also listed today along with other leaders from his party in another FIR for defying the state government to hold a rally in Lucknow on Wednesday evening. Sep 11, 2014

Suspected ISI agent arrested by NIA, under judicial custody till 25th September

Chennai, Sep 11 (ANI): National Intelligence Agency (NIA) on Thursday produced Arun Selvaraj, a suspected ISI suspect in the Special Court under POTA at Poonamale, Chennai. He was arrested yesterday in Chennai by NIA. Public Prosecutor CSS Pillai said that Selvaraj is taken under judicial custody till September 25th. The allegations on Selvaraj are assisting in routing terror financing, collecting vital info about defence among others.
