Rakhi Sawant's friend slaps 'Mumbai Can Dance Saala' director, alleges him for casting couch

Mumbai, Dec 12 (ANI): Item girl Rakhi Sawant is back in news and this time it's because of her best friend Manisha who slapped Mumbai Can Dance Saala's director Sachendra Sharma on stage during the music launch of the film. Manisha has accused the director of casting couch and said that the director had asked her for favours to get a role in this film. Meanwhile, Rakhi Sawant, who is playing a role in the movie, has come forward in support of her best friend and has alleged that the director misbehaved with the girl after being slapped. Both Rakhi and her friend has registered a case against the filmmaker for casting couch and molestation at Santacruz police station in Mumbai. The FIR has been registered and police is likely to take actions soon. Dec 12, 2014

Ansel Elgort & Eva Longoria were up early to kick off award season with the announcement of the Screen Actor Guild Awards nominations. ‘Birdman’ led the way with four nods including ones for Michael Keaton, Edward Norton & Emma Stone. Following close behind, ‘Boyhood’, ‘The Imitation Game’ & ‘The Theory of Everything’ with three nominations each. Jennifer Aniston & Reese Witherspoon each received recognition along with Benedict Cumberbatch who was a double nominee for TV’s ‘Sherlock: His Last Vow’ and for ‘The Imitation Game’. On the small screen, ‘Modern Family’ garnered four nods with ‘Boardwalk Empire,’ ‘Game of Thrones,’ ‘Homeland’ & ‘House of Cards’ following with three apiece.
