CCTV footage of a 360 Cycles bike shop in Dublin, Ireland shows how quickly unlocked bikes can be stolen. One of their mechanics left his carbon racing bike unattended for a few seconds but that was enough for two youths to attempt stealing the bike. Estill Police Officer Quincy Smith captured the moment he was shot four times on a pair of $30 camera glasses. Smith was left with two broken arms after he was shot by 29-year-old Malcolm Antwan Orr in the South Carolina town on 1 January 2016. Orr was convicted of attempted murder on 9 August 2017, and has been sentenced to 35-years behind bars. The video was released by the 14th Circuit Solicitors office on 10 August. Aug 11, 2017
