Carrying forward the war of words over country’s first Home Minister Sardar Vallabbhai Patel’s legacy, the Congress Party on Thursday lashed out at the opposition, and claimed that the RSS has threatened a senior woman journalist over critical articles. AICC General Secretary and Communications Department in-charge Ajay Maken, while reacting to BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's remark of India needs Sardar Patel's secularism and not vote-bank secularism, said that the media will lose its freedom of expression if the opposition comes in power. Maken even informed that the journalist had filed a complaint, claiming that she has been receiving threatening calls from the RSS. Nov 1, 2013
