Srinagar, Feb 13 (ANI): Former health minister of Jammu and Kashmir Shabir Ahmad Khan, accused of sexually assaulting a woman doctor, said that he is being framed in the case and claimed that he is innocent, while talking to media persons in Srinagar on Thursday. The doctor in her complaint to the police alleged that the minister made provocative advances to her - both verbal and physical - and molested her when she met him for an official work in the civil secretariat in Srinagar.
