Babulal Gaur says less crime when women are 'fully-clothed', draws criticism

Bhopla/ Mumbai, Jan 11 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Babulal Gaur yet again stirred up controversy after he said that crime against women is less in Chennai as they are "fully-clothed." It is not the first time when Gaur has made such remarks. Gaur was in limelight in 2013 also for condemning Western culture. Gaur attributed the low crime rate in South India to the full clothes worn by women and said that people in south are more religious because of which they have good relations between them and thereby the city witnesses less crime. People in Trivandrum runs to create cancer awareness
