Rohtak Police arrest three accused in Rohtak eve teasing case

Rohtak, Dec 01 (ANI): Rohtak Police arrested three men for harassing two college going girls inside a Haryana Roadways bus. The three men - Kuldeep Singh, Mohit and Deepak - were arrested on Sunday night by the Haryana police. Amateur video footage shot by a passenger shows the women apparently fighting with three men on board the bus while other passengers watch. Meanwhile, state Agriculture Minister OP Dhankar said that the girls were an inspiration to everyone and offered a cash reward to both of them. Police arrest hardcore Maoist in red corridor of Jharkhand

Giridih, Nov 30 (ANI): The state police arrested a hardcore Maoist and recovered explosives along with arms and ammunition in Jharkhand. Acting on a tip-off, the Giridih police sent a team to hunt the dreaded Maoist and nabbed him immediately. The Superintendent of Police (SP), Giridih, Kranti Kumar said that the nabbed Maoist had been identified as Dinesh Manjhi and was a hardcore leader and platoon commander of a Maoist organization in Jharkhand. The Maoist was pasting posters for boycotting the state elections. He had been involved in many Naxal incidents of Jharkhand. Explosives, materials for making bomb and arms have been obtained from the Maoist. Maoists, also known as Naxals, have killed police and politicians, and targeted government buildings and railway tracks in an insurgency that has killed thousands since 1960s. Dec 1, 2014

Some participants said that they had little faith that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government would revoke Section 377.
