BSE closes points 329.95 up on Dec 22

New Delhi, Dec 22 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 329.95 points up to stand at 27,701.79. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 98.80 points up to stand at 8,324.00. BF UTILITIES LTD and SUZLON were among the top gainers of Group A with an increase of 19.99% and 8.07% along with GITANJALI and FRL with an increase of 7.68% and 7.31% respectively, while the top losers of Group A include RASOYPR and CEAT LTD with a decrease 4.97% and 4.13% along with INFRATEL and GREAT EASTERN SHIPPING CO.LTD with a decrease of 3.62% and 3.42% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 265.51 points at 18,626.39 while the banking sector is up 309.84 points at 21,455.62 and the reality sector is up 15.88 points at 1,514.37. Rajya Sabha adopts resolution against bail to 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind

New Delhi, Dec 22 (ANI): The Rajya Sabha, on Monday adopted a resolution condemning a Pakistan court's decision to grant bail to Mumbai attacks mastermind Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi. There has been widespread protests in India after Lahkhvi was granted bail, two days after Peshawar school attack which killed 132 children and nine staff members. Rajya Sabha Chairman Hamid Ansari, condemned Pakistan government's attitude leading to Lakhvi's bail as he read out the resolution, passed unanimously by the House.
