Srinagar, March 28 (ANI): A 22-year-old woman entrepreneur in Jammu and Kashmir, Saifaa Shabir, has made an attempt to revolutionize the world of graphic designing and web technology by creating ‘Sysarche-e’- a systematic architecture and re-branding portal. Shabir, who wants to systemize the traditional web system in Kashmir, explained the idea behind the website ‘Sysarche-e’. Shabir is pursuing her Bachelors in Information and Technology from Sri Pratap College in Srinagar. Post college, she plans to focus entirely on designing for business houses in Kashmir and will resort to distance learning courses to complete her further studies. Her purpose is to structure the routine web system of Kashmir and is inclined to offer creative services of graphic designing which include logos, brochures, brand, corporate identity, packaging design, identity guidelines as well as communication designs, which include animation and 3D graphics. Politicos react to the second CBI charge sheet in Coal Scam

New Delhi, Mar 28 (ANI): Politicos react to the second charge sheet filed by the CBI on Friday which includes Congress’ Rajya Sabha MP Vijay Darda along with some other politicians. BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi said that investigations should be carried on and actions should be taken against the accused Congress leaders. NEW DELHI, Mar 28 (ANI): Politicos on Friday strongly condemned the terrorist attacks which took place in Jammu & Kashmir. Congress leader Digvijay Singh expressed grief, while BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi held the Central government’s soft attitude responsible for the attack. Further, former JD (U) leader Shivanand Tiwari praised Narendra Modi saying that the issue of terrorism will be the key point in his election campaign, while CPI leader D Raja warned the terrorists that India cannot be weakened by such cowardly acts and appealed India to stand united against such outfits. SC rejects PIL against Juvenile Justice act, says interference with age not needed

New Delhi, March 28 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Friday rejected the plea filed by parents of December 16 gang rape victim to try the juvenile convicts in regular court and also PIL filed by Subramanian Swamy for giving fresh interpretation to the term 'juvenile' in the statute which fixes 18 year as the age of attaining majority. The court said that since the Parliament has passed such a law, there is no need to interfere with the age limit. Swamy said that he will move the PIL again after the central government changes following the upcoming general elections. Mar 28, 2014

SCs decision on IPL Spot Fixing case balanced one

New Delhi/ Pune, March 28 (ANI): Supreme Court on Friday gave a ‘balanced decision’ on IPL Spot-fixing case that Sunil Gavaskar should take up as BCCI interim president while N Srinivasan should step down. Justice Mukul Mudgal said that this is a balanced decision and that it will maintain the interest of the players and also the purity of the game. Former Cricketer Chandu Borde also welcomed the decision and said that Gavaskar would improve the image of cricket in the minds of people.
