Militant arrest foils terror attack plan in UP

Lucknow, March 28 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh Police arrested militants in Lucknow and revealed that the arrested militants had plans to target and destroy crucial places in an armed attack. Inspector general of police of Uttar Pradesh, Amrender Singh Senger, revealed that the arrested militants were targeting to launch an attack using AK-47 and pistols in a crucial location in the state. The Inspector General added that the captured militants, Abdul Waleed and Salim were trained by Taliban in Afghanistan. Militants launch attack in J&K, 1 killed

Kathua, March 28 (ANI): Suspected terrorists in army uniform launched a series of attack in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday killing one person and injuring others when they attacked an army camp close to the International Border with Pakistan. The injured are taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Army and police teams have been chasing the militants since 5 am, when the militants allegedly stopped a Mahindra Bolero vehicle on the Jammu-Pathankot highway and fired indiscriminately at the passengers.
