New Delhi, March 28 (ANI): The Supreme Court on Friday rejected the plea filed by parents of December 16 gang rape victim to try the juvenile convicts in regular court and also PIL filed by Subramanian Swamy for giving fresh interpretation to the term 'juvenile' in the statute which fixes 18 year as the age of attaining majority. The court said that since the Parliament has passed such a law, there is no need to interfere with the age limit. Swamy said that he will move the PIL again after the central government changes following the upcoming general elections.
