Kolkata, Oct 02 (ANI): India's explosive batsman, Yuvraj Singh, who had recovered from Cancer, welcomed his comeback into the 15-member national squad against team Australia after a lull of about 10 months at the international cricket pitch. Yuvraj had made it into the national team on September 30 for the lone T20 match and first three one-dayers against Australia, starting on October 10 at home. New Delhi, Sept 30 (ANI): Stylish left handed batsman, Yuvraj Singh is all set to return to the 15-member Indian squad for the only T20 and the first three ODIs of the seven-match series against Australia to begin in a few weeks. However, there was no place for seniors Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Zaheer Khan and Harbhajan Singh in the squad to be lead by MS Dhoni. Lalit Modi banned for life by BCCI

New Delhi, Sep 25 (ANI): The BCCI in its Special General Meeting in Chennai slapped the former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi with a lifetime ban, barring him from holding any position in Indian cricket. Modi was found guilty on eight charges of "indiscipline and misconduct". Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court had dismissed Modi's plea for stay on the BCCI meet. A bench headed by Justice G S Singhvi, before whom the matter was mentioned for urgent hearing, dismissed Modi's plea.
