Once the milk starts to boil, add khoya & crushed Cardamom powder. 5. When it starts to thicken, add sugar & roasted raisins and cashews and let it cook till you get a thickened halwa-like consistency. Muddle the Strawberry with 2 bar spoons of sugar, Add a few mint leaves, crushed ice & Vodka 60 ml, shake the drink and transfer it to a glass.. Garnish it with Strawberry slices! Basil in red! Fresh strawberries, basil leaves and lemon wedges are muddled. 60 ml of Vodka is added to this and the drink is shaken. Double strain the drink, serve in a sugar rimmed glass and garnish with a few basil leaves.
