Rohtak, Sep 19 (ANI): In a case of alleged honour killing in Rohtak city of Haryana, a boy was beheaded and a girl was killed and cremated after the two ran away together to New Delhi on Wednesday. The couple was allegedly killed by the girl's family. 23-year-old Dharmender and 20-year-old Nidhi, were from the Jat community and were residing in Gharnavati village in Kalanaur district of Rohtak and had gone missing after they left the village. The two were pursuing higher education in Rohtak and had reportedly decided to elope. Meanwhile, NCW chief Mamta Sharma condemned the incident and sought strict punishment against the culprits. He said the government had issued a notification with an objective to curb the disputes related to transfer pricing by relaxing the prevailing norms.
