He said that AAP has formed a government which is like people of Delhi have no government yet. He said that whenever a question is raised on AAP leaders, Kejriwal try to nullify the same.

MK Alagiri suspended from DMK by father

New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): DMK chief M Karunanidhi on Friday expelled his son and Former Union Minister M K Alagiri from all posts of the party. In a statement issued by the DMK, the party said that action against Alagiri has been taken for going against the party stand and for giving out statements contrary to party in the public domain. Karunanidhi had earlier issued a veiled warning to Alagiri after his interview to a Tamil channel against his younger brother MK Stalin, indicating that he could face action if did not toe the party line.

Indian truck drivers urge govt to resume cross border trade with Pak

Poonch, Jan 24 (ANI): Truck drivers in Kashmir urged the government to take steps to resume the cross-LoC (Line of Control) trade that has been suspended by Pakistan over the past few days in the disputed valley. Reportedly, the suspension was in retaliation to the arrest of a Pakistani truck driver, who was detained by the Indian security forces while allegedly trying to cross the border with 114 packets of brown sugar. Recently, Pakistan's Trade and Textile Minister Khurram Dastagir Khan attended the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation business leaders' meet in New Delhi on January 16, attempting to boost trade relations with India.

Rajiv Gandhi assassination: Nalini seeks month s parole to visit ailing father

Chennai/ New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi's assassin, S Nalini approached Madras High Court in Tamil Nadu and sought 30 days parole to visit her ailing father. Nalini is confined in a special prison for women at Vellore Tamil Nadu for the past 22 years. Nalini had accompanied a suicide bomber squad to the election rally in Sriperumbudur where Rajiv Gandhi was killed on May 21, 1991. Earlier on Tuesday, in a landmark judgment the Supreme Court of India commuted death sentence giving life term to 15 death row inmates.

New Delhi, Jan 24 (ANI): A group of women residing in Khirki Extension of the national capital wrote a letter in support of Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti who is involved in a controversy over a midnight raid where four Ugandan women were allegedly mistreated. A group of women were present at the office of Delhi Commission for Women and said that they were facing problems from a very long time. Last week, after receiving complaints from the residents of Malviya Nagar area, Bharti and his supporters called the police to bust an alleged prostitution and drug racket.
