Politicians condemn baton charge on women protesters in Firozabad

New Delhi/ Firozabad, Jan 14 (ANI): Politicians on Tuesday condemned the baton charge by police on women protesting against an accident which took place in Uttar Pradesh. The incident has sparked a sharp criticism against UP government and the state police who were seen ruthlessly beating women protesters on Monday in Firozabad district. Reportedly, women were protesting against an accident at NH-2 (National Highway-2) when police baton-charged them to clear the highway. No evidence was tampered with: Kejriwal on Somnath Bharti

New Delhi, Jan 14 (ANI): The Patiala House Court in 2013 had indicted Lawyer and AAP leader, Somnath Bharti for tampering with evidence along with his client Pawan Kumar in a corruption case.
