Police arrest three Maoists in Jharkhand

Police recovered a looted police rifle and many rounds of unused bullets during the arrest of Maoists in Palamu district of Jharkhand. The Maoists, who say they are fighting for the rights of the poor and landless, control some of India's mineral-rich areas and operate in large swathes of eastern, central and southern countryside.
