New Delhi, June 15 (ANI): Policemen on Sunday paid tribute to late traffic constable Manna Ram who died in Moti Nagar in a road rage incident on Saturday. The traffic constable was mowed down by the accused, Raman Kant, in Moti Nagar following a heated argument, after Ram tried apprehending Kant for driving on the wrong side of the road.
