Indian and Pakistani Delegation hold sixth round of parliamentary dialogue

New Delhi, Dec 12 (ANI): The sixth round of India-Pakistan Parliamentary Dialogue took place in New Delhi even as an impasse remains between prime ministers of both the nations. The Pakistani parliamentarians led by Awais Ahmed Khan Leghari, MNA and Chairman Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, hoped for positive dialogue between two neighbouring nations. Delegation member said that the dialogue and a chord between the two nations should remain intact by whichever means. One of them said that the initiative should be taken from both sides and no country should think that they are doing favour by the same. New Delhi, Dec 12 (ANI): The United Nations General Assembly adopted an India-led resolution declaring June 21 as 'International Yoga Day'. This comes less than three months after Prime Minister Narendra Modi proposed the idea. This is also for the first time that such an initiative has been proposed and implemented by any country in the UN body in less than 90 days. One police official killed, five injured in attack by juvenile justice home inmates
