New Delhi, Jan 22 (ANI): AAP patriarch Shanti Bhushan on Thursday praised BJP's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi and said she is as good as Arvind Kejriwal. He added that Bedi as a good administrator is capable of providing Delhi a clean administration. However, AAP objected on his remark and said that it is not the party's view. Addressing a press conference, Party leader Ajay Maken minced no words to express party's strong disapproval of Dwivedi's views. He said that the party's views on Indianness is totally opposed to what Dwivedi had expressed. Sunanda Murder Case: Journalists in her contact will be questioned, Tharoor may be called again, say

New Delhi, Jan 22 (ANI): Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi said on Thursday that the journalists who contacted Sunanda Pushkar a day before her death will be questioned to gather information in the case. Bassi said that all possible suspects and witnesses will be questioned to reach the roots of the case. He added that Shashi Tharoor may be questioned again if the SIT feels so. CBI harassing my aides, alleges Maran

Chennai, Jan 22 (ANI): Former telecom minister Dayanidhi Maran on Thursday alleged that the CBI was harassing the three people who were arrested in connection with the alleged allotment of more than 300 high-speed telephone lines to his residence in Chennai which were allegedly extended to his brother's TV channel, Sun TV. He said the CBI had forced the trio to give out false statements stating there was a link between Sun TV and his residence. The former minister said that the three were beaten up when they refused to give a false statement. Maran further said that the personnel co-operated with the CBI each time they were called. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had on Wednesday night arrested three persons, including V Gowthaman, the then Additional Private Secretary to Dayanidhi Maran in connection with alleged allotment of more than 300 high-speed telephone lines.
