New Delhi, Dec 22 (ANI): Delhi Lt. Governor Najeeb Jung on Monday appealed Delhiites to help the city's homeless by giving them warm clothes and blankets during the harsh winters. Jung added that people should donate blankets, clothes etc, at the nearest night shelters only, and not on the streets or roads as this will motivate homeless people to use the shelters and not sleep in the open.
