Men from Dubai, Pak 'hired' for Sunanda's murder, claims Subramanian Swamy

New Delhi, Feb 8 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Subramanian Swamy on Sunday alleged that Sunanda Pushkar's murder was carried out by men hired from Dubai and Pakistan, and added that former union minister and Congress leader Shashi Tharoor should undergo custodial interrogation in this case. Pushkar, who married Tharoor in 2010, had checked into The Leela Hotel in Chanakyapuri a day before her death on January 17, 2014. Tharoor's aides said the couple had checked into the luxury hotel because of renovation work at his New Delhi bungalow. Prior to her death, Sunanda was embroiled in a spat with Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar, whom she accused of stalking her husband. Feb 8, 2015

Jaitley said that the PM gave opening comments thereafter each states gave their opinions. He said that the opening comments were in context of governing model and that the PM said that priorities are growth, investment, jobs and decentralization. He also said that Modi emphasized that economic activities should be in the states and there should be flexibility of states. Imphal: Three BSF jawans injured in twin IED blasts

Imphal, Feb 08 (ANI): Three Border Security Force (BSF) jawans including one Sub-Inspector and two constables were injured in twin IED blasts that took place at Napetpali village in Imphal. The injured were rushed to the RIMS Emergency Service for medical aid. After the explosion, the security forces, BSF, Assam Rifles and State Police Commando team investigated the locality and nabbed six suspected youths from the area for further verification.
