Shamitabh music launch

Rajinikanth, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and Sridevi Tuesday came together to celebrate the 1,000th film of music composer Ilaiyaraaja at the music launch of "Shamitabh", where the maestro was felicitated in the presence of the entire star cast of the film. The event also saw a live performance by Big B and Dhanush, apart from other singers and music composers. Besides the star cast, Aishwarya Rai, Jaya Bachchan, Shruti Haasan and Tabu were among others who were present at the event.

"Dirty Politics" music launch

At the recent music launch for KC Bokadia's Dirty Politics, the film's lead actress Mallika Sherawat performed on the song Ghagra. Mallika is said to be essaying the role of Anokhi Devi in the film. The film has two songs, one of them is the foot-tapping number and the other is a sensuous love making song filmed between Mallika Sherawat and Om Puri called Chal Dum. "Dirty Politics" also features Naseeruddin Shah, Anupam Kher, Jackie Shroff, Ashutosh Rana and Rajpal Yadav. The film will hit the screens Feb 13.
