New Delhi, Aug 09 (ANI): Reactions from political leaders flow as Priyanka Gandhi Vadra emphatically denied what she called "conjecture" and "baseless rumours" about her taking up an 'important post' in Congress. Congress leader Rashid Alvi said that this is her decision and that party will welcome the same. Uttarkashi, Aug 09 (ANI): Heavy rainfall wreaked havoc in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand cutting-off villages, washing away roads and bridges at several places. Six people were rescued by the rescue team which was sent immediately to the site. One of the members of the rescue team, Ram Singh, said that the people were rescued by the method of river crossing and that the area was still under the threat of cloud burst.
