New Delhi, Feb 5 (ANI): A new study has demonstrated that employees experience highly demanding requirements if they are in a poor psychosocially work environment and therefore, they are likelier to suffer from heart problems. The study showed that employees working in psychosocially poor work environment have little ability to control their work or not feel sufficiently appreciated for the contributions they make.According to the study, men who do not have heart problems but who experience poor psychosocial work conditions often have warning signs for coronary artery disease, such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol values.Feb 5, 2015
New Delhi, Feb 05 (ANI): A huge protest was held in Delhi on Thursday over the series of attacks on churches in the national capital. Shouting slogans for justice, agitators demanded immediate action against those responsible for the attacks. Police have detained few protestors for violation of Section 144 before elections. St. Alphonsa's Church in Vasant Kunj was the latest church attacked in the capital on Monday. Following the attack, the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) issued notices to the Secretary, Union Home Ministry, Chief Secretary, Government of NCT of Delhi and the Commissioner of Police, Delhi calling for detailed reports including the status of investigation into allegations of desecration of the sanctity of the St. Alphonsa's Church.Feb 5, 2015

New Delhi, Feb 05 (ANI): LC Goyal has replaced Anil Goswami as the new Union Home Secretary, following a controversy over arrest of former Union Minister involved in Saradha chit fund scam. Anil Goswami, earlier on Wednesday, was sacked for allegedly interfering with the Central Bureau of Investigation over the arrest by the agency of Saradha Scam accused Matang Sinh. According to reports, Goswami had earlier in the day been summoned by the Prime Minister's Office over the issue and was invited to put forth his version. Goswami, a 1978 IAS officer, was due to retire in July after serving a two-year tenure and was the first bureaucrat from Jammu and Kashmir to rise to the post of Home Secretary.Feb 5, 2015

Addressing a rally in Delhi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that his government is working towards providing job opportunities to youth. He also made an indirect attack on AAP in connection with alleged dubious funding. Rejecting BJP's allegation of receiving dubious funds, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal dared the Government to arrest him if he has violated any law.

Agartala, Feb 05 (ANI): India and Bangladesh officials signed an agreement on real-time information sharing to curb cross-border crime at the two-day district-level border conference in Tripura. New Delhi, Feb 05 (ANI): Environmentalists and policy makers met at the 15th Delhi Sustainable Development Summit (DSDS) to set agendas for the 2015 climate change summit in Paris as India plays an influential role in UN climate talks. Paris could mark a shift away from two decades of climate diplomacy toward a more technocratic system that would allow national pledges for action to limit warming to be compared and toughened in coming years.
