Nobody denying enquiry: Shinde on Adarsh scam report

Diu/ New Delhi/Mumbai, Jan 07 (ANI): Home Affairs Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde defended the ruling Congress party in the Adarsh Housing Scam inquiry report, which indicted four former state chiefs and slammed political parties for politicising the issue. Earlier, Congress Vice- President Rahul Gandhi demanded that the Maharashtra government reconsider its decision of rejecting the Adarsh Housing Scam inquiry report. Shinde, who was on a tour to Diu on Monday said his party has always cooperated in investigating the scam. According to media reports, the government had rejected the final report of the commission that probed the Adarsh Housing Society scam because it named senior Congress leaders. Jan 7, 2014
