Operations on to rescue four year old who fell in borewell in Telangana

Telangana, Oct 14 (ANI): Rescue operations are underway on Tuesday to rescue a four year old girl who fell into a borewell in Telangana’s Ranga Reddy district two days back. The incident occurred Sunday morning on the outskirts of Manchala village when the girl accidentally fell inside the open borewell at an agricultural field while playing when her grandparents were working in the field. Police and revenue officials, besides teams of NDRF, fire, geologists, and a coal mining company are involved in the rescue operations. The borewell is nearly 300-feet deep, officials say. As part of campaign against them, CRPF have been setting up camps for the past 80 days in different areas of the red corridor to minimise the influence of Maoists.
