Bottle Gourd Halwa Ingredients Bottle gourd - 1 grated Sugar -1 cup Khoya - 75 gms A few Cashewnuts A few Raisins A few Cardamom pods Milk - 1 large cup Ghee - 3/4 cup Method 1. Toast the raisins and cashews in a little ghee. 2. Add some more ghee to it and cook the bottlegourd in it. 3. When the bottlegourd is a little tender and half cooked, add the milk and cook it. 4. Once the milk starts to boil, add khoya & crushed Cardamom powder. 5. When it starts to thicken, add sugar & roasted raisins and cashews and let it cook till you get a thickened halwa-like consistency. On OTR today we'll see 2 of our favourite cocktails that include strawberries. 1st we'll see - Queen Mary cocktail, a Vodka based cocktail with an interesting twist of Strawberry, Sugar and Mint leaves. Muddle the Strawberry with 2 bar spoons of sugar, Add a few mint leaves, crushed ice & Vodka 60 ml, shake the drink and transfer it to a glass.. Garnish it with Strawberry slices! Basil in red! Fresh strawberries, basil leaves and lemon wedges are muddled. 60 ml of Vodka is added to this and the drink is shaken. Double strain the drink, serve in a sugar rimmed glass and garnish with a few basil leaves. Kotli / Muzaffarabad, Mar 17 : Pakistan's malicious strategy in Azad Kashmir has been well exposed, and Kashmiri youth in the region are holding protest rallies and demanding freedom. From Muzaffarabad to Kotli, Bagh to the Neelam Valley, anti-Pakistan protests are on the rise. The youths criticise Pakistan's strategy of calling the region `Azad' or free Kashmir, while holding all key administrative posts. In recent years, Pakistan has pushed fundamentalist forces including the Taliban into Azad Kashmir, and has fuelled sectarian violence.
