The 'Bad Romance' singer posted a picture of her heart shaped ring on Instagram and captioned it that the 33-year-old actor gave his heart to her on Valentine's Day, a leading daily reported. The 28-year-old pop-star and the 'Chicago Fire' actor celebrated their engagement with a dinner at the singer's family's restaurant, Joanne's Trattoria.
