In a major twist to the show's format, Bigg Boss Marathi has mended their rules and saved Sai Lokur making it the sixth finalist along with other five contestants - Megha Dhade, Pushkar Jog, Sharmishtha Raut, Aastad Kale and Smita Gondkar.
After the courtroom drama, all the contestants were made to listen to Bigg Boss' announcement in the lobby about the last five finalists who will be going to the finale. It was a tough choice between Sharmishtha and Sai. Bigg Boss then announced Sharmishtha as the fifth finalist and told Sai that her journey as a contestant in the house has finally ended.
Sai couldn't hold her tears and neither her fellow contestants who started consoling and greeting her to be strong. Her closest companion Pushkar Jog too broke down after the announcement. However, Bigg Boss turned the tables around and saved Sai in the next moment saying it was a prank bringing a huge respite to the latter. She will now be competing with other five finalists for the finale episode on July 22.
Meanwhile, Megha, who was not at all happy after all that transpired during the court drama, has now decided not to meet Sai after the finale. Pushkar, on the other hand, congratulated Sai after she was saved by Bigg Boss from mid-week elimination.
Now that Sai Lokur is once again back in the finale race, it remains to be seen which contestant among Megha, Aastad, Smita, Pushkar and Sharmishtha will cross the finish line first and take home the winning trophy and Rs 50 lakh prize money.
