Arshad Warsi celebrates his birthday every year on April 19. The actor celebrated the special day with his family this year too. He also cut a cake with the paparazzi and revealed that Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan are the first ones to call him on his birthday every year. Arshad revealed that every year, without fail, Big B and Mrs. Bachchan call him "sharp" at 12: 01 am.
The birthday call
"There are some people who wish me early, one of them is Amit Ji and Jaya Ji. As soon as the clock strikes 12.01, I get their call. The immense love I have been getting from the industry is increasing with time. My friends in the industry are also increasing," he told media persons. Warsi has worked with both Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan.

Arshad worked with Jaya Bachchan in 'Tere Mere Sapne' (1996). He worked with Big B in 'Zamaanat: And Justice for All.' Back in an interview, Arshad had shed light on Jaya Bachchan's unfiltered and honest nature. He had recalled how he was travelling with her on a plane along with the team. He was wearing shorts and sleeveless t-shirt.

Scolding from Jaya Bachchan
It was during the flight that he received a message from Jaya Bachchan, who asked him to "dress appropriately." Not just this, he was once invited by Jaya to a premiere. Since he didn't like the film, he blurted out calling it "nonsense." Which left Jaya Bachchan fuming and asked him sternly to keep his opinions to himself.
"Once Jaya ji called me for a film. They used to call people to get their opinion. She asked me, 'Kaisi lagi (how was it)?' I responded, 'Bakwaas (nonsense)'. She took me to the corner and said, 'Keep your opinion to yourself.' These are lessons learnt. Yaha pe sach toh bolna hi nahi hai (you can't say the truth here) doesn't matter how bad the film is," he had said.
