Jennifer Lopez has dished about her relationship with Alex Rodriguez after her live on-stage performance at the Billboard Latin Music Awards in Miami, Florida, on Thursday, April 27.

The mother of two did not just turn the heads by flaunting her incredible body in an all-black crochet gown during the red carpet arrival, but also made her fans very emotional by singing her new Spanish language single Mirate.

"It's an emotional song," JLo admitted, adding, "I think it's one of the best albums I've made in a long time and I'm super proud of it. A lot of the songs on the album are like that, even the up-tempo ones have like this beautiful lyrical content ... about love and life."

However, there is one more reason for Lopez to be really proud of her latest musical project. Her boyfriend Rodriguez "loves it," she revealed. She could not stop talking about the love and support she is receiving from the sportsman.

"I'm so excited, you know, every time I finish something, I bring it home and I want him to hear it. He's so supportive. He's such a supportive person and he's so lovely. He's actually working in Connecticut but he will be here later," the 47-year-old Shades of Blue star said.

Lopez also stated that she and Rodriguez loves to be called as JRod by their fans. "We kind of thought that would happen... because people who knew us were already [saying] it. So, you guys, it's not like you were original or anything," she told told ET Online.

The On The Floor singer even stated that she is really happy with Rodriguez and said, "He's amazing." According to her, it is the best time in her life, as she told Extra TV, "Yes, yes, it's a good time right now."

Earlier this week, Lopez has shared some details about her romance with Rodriguez and their first meeting during her appearance in The Ellen DeGeneres Show. When the show host asked her about the 41-year-old baseball star, she said, "He is a great guy."
