Lucknow, Nov 22 (ANI): BSP Chief Mayawati on Friday condemned the BJP and held the party responsible for the communal violence that took place in Muzaffarnagar. Mayawati said that the SP government in UP is equally responsible for the violence. Further, she said that Narendra Modi repeats the same content in each of his rally, that is, criticizing the local government and administration. PIL against Modi rejected by Supreme Court

New Delhi, Nov 22 (ANI): A Public interest litigation (PIL) that has accused Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi of filing incomplete details in his nomination papers for the 2012 assembly polls, has been dismissed by the Supreme Court. Chief Justice P. Sathasivam and Justice Ranjan Gogoi said it is a matter that lies within the jurisdiction of the chief election officer of the state. The PIL was filed by Sunil Sarawgi. Tehelka case: Goa Police file FIR against Tarun Tejpal

New Delhi, Nov 22 (ANI): The Goa Police on Friday filed an FIR against Tehelka editor in chief Tarun Tejpal, who has been accused by a woman journalist of sexual assault during an event in Goa. According to police an FIR has been filed and the crime branch could send a team of officials to Delhi for further investigation.
